His representative litigation work includes obtaining a favorable arbitral award on behalf of a real estate investor in a partnership dispute over management and ownership of a $100 million real estate portfolio; favorable resolution of a complex dispute between joint venturers and investors over a $500 million real estate development project; and successful defense of a consumer products retailer accused of trade dress infringement and unfair competition.
His representative real estate work includes representing the buyer in the acquisitions of the following hotels: Sheraton LAX Hotel, E-Central Downtown Los Angeles Hotel, formerly known as the Luxe City Center Hotel, and the Hyatt Regency in Garden Grove. He also represented the developer of the Sheraton San Gabriel Hotel in acquiring the land, structuring the EB-5 investment mechanism, and building the hotel. He similarly represented a developer to acquire rights to build a mixed-use project in Orange County consisting of two hotels and hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial space.
Eudeen’s professional acumen–combined with his fluency in Mandarin and his cultural knowledge–make him a valued asset for Chinese companies and investors doing business in the United States. He is the preferred go-to attorney for many Asian-owned companies and business owners.
